Senior Business Analyst
The Senior Business Analyst at Premier will work in teams consisted of 2-5 Premiens to identify and deliver strategic solutions for clients’ specific challenges by the standard of Premiership™ as well as contribute to the company's intellectual assets. You will play an active role in all aspects of a client project from identifying information sources, gathering, and interpreting data to presenting findings to team members and clients while contributing to developing toolkits and corporate-level insightful perspectives. Building on the understanding of the research methodology and management consulting modeling, you’re equipped with various skills, including multi-tasking, independent thinking, interpersonal, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities to ensure the seamless coordination and execution of our bespoke solutions yield impactful results and sustainable efficacy.
Engage in the client project delivery by the standard of Premiership:
- Participate in project design and implementation, information gathering, hypotheses construction and validation, integrated analysis, strategic recommendation rendering of bespoke solutions in close collaboration with the project team and clients
- Work on project teams in roles that vary according to the project objectives and task allocation to achieve the goals of client and corporate as well as the self-development in the team
- Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner
Deliver bespoke solutions that substantially solve clients’ critical business challenges:
- Research the client's organization and industry; conduct interviews, workshops and focus groups with clients and other stakeholders
- Identify critical issues, create hypotheses, and conduct analyses, ultimately interpreting data into meaningful insights and well-founded recommendations
- Drive the client to act by developing a practical plan for implementing the strategic recommendations and managing the execution
Advocate a culture of open idea-sharing and collaborative spirit in teamwork:
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a certain degree of self-initiation within the team and sustain the highest excellence of analytical and conceptual output
- Work side-by-side with team members from diverse backgrounds and other teams to foster supportive work environment and achieve collective success
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Contribute to the Premier corporate intellectual initiatives and assets:
- Participate in practice and solution assets sediment in related industries/capabilities for knowledge and knowledge building
- Contribute internal and external insights perspectives
- Engage in corporate training, recruiting, mentorship, office initiatives, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic record; Master’s degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of consulting working experience or international corporate role, with experience in interacting with senior colleagues and clients
- Professional industry experience in luxury, real estate, wine & spirits, and technology industry is a plus
- An analytical mind with multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven effective time management skills and capable of addressing a wide range of assignments with attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external counterparts
- Work effectively as an adaptable team player within a collaborative and inclusive team culture
- A deep understanding and great enthusiasm for management consulting
- Savvy discernment, superb integrity and fairness in handling people and confidential information
- Excellence in verbal and written English and Chinese required
