Senior Manager

The Senior Manager at Premier will lead a team consisted of 2-5 Premiens and oversee the day-to-day project execution by standard of Premiership while guiding and coaching your team members. You’ll take the full ownership of the project including planning, analysis, implementation, project management, and deliver strategic recommendations while playing the key role as a liaison between clients and the team. Being conversant of the full-chain project workstream in multiple management consultancy territories, you’re equipped with analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, process management, business acumen and leadership skills to ensure our bespoke solutions is truly carried out with impactful results and impactful results and sustainable efficacy.

Manage the client project from execution to delivery by standard of Premiership:

• Lead project design and implementation, information gathering, hypotheses construction and validation, integrated analysis, strategic recommendation rendering of bespoke solutions in close collaboration with project team and clients
• Organize team task allocation with clear responsibilities while achieving the goals of client and corporate and growth of individual Premien in the team
• Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manne

Deliver bespoke solutions that substantially solve clients’ critical business challenges:

• Be engaged in client’s organization and industry, and identify pivotal business issues and opportunities with holistic perspectives that beyond brief requirements
• Structure the bespoke solution with to-the-point approaches that tap into clients’ business objectives with on-ground implementation plan
• Communicate effectively and maintain consensus with all stakeholders on project goals, critical issues, workplan, implications and recommendations

Foster top-notch teams in an inclusive, collaborative and compassionate way:

• Coach the team with intellectual and thought leadership to sustain the highest excellence of analytical and conceptual output
• Cultivate the talented groups of people and collaborate with multiple teams
• Guide the professional development of individual Premien in the team by supporting skillset development plans and objectives/key results set-up with regular performance feedback

Contribute to the Premier corporate intellectual initiatives and assets:

• Lead practice and solution assets sediment in related industries/capabilities for knowledge and knowledge building
• Navigate internal and external insights perspectives generation
• Engage in corporate training, recruiting, mentorship, office initiatives, etc.

• Post graduate degree with excellent academic record; MBA is preferred
• 7+ years consulting working experience or international corporate role, with the stature necessary to interact as thought partner with senior colleagues and clients
• Professional industry experience in luxury, real estate, wine & spirits, technology industry is a plus
• Rigorous and solution-oriented problem solving and analytical skills, combined with capability of thinking through nuanced and complex situations
• Proven effective project management skills, capable of serving and addressing a wide range of client assignments in tight deadlines, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of exercising business judgement and insights with professional interpersonal presence, comfortable both in the C-suite and team room settings
• Demonstrated outstanding team management skills with a collaborative and inclusive style, able to inspire and develop others
• Intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking with high level of proactiveness to go the extra miles
• Savvy discernment, superb integrity and fairness in handling people and confidential information
• Excellence in verbal and written English and Chinese required
